Sign up as a Pay-As-You-Go user, or if your firm already has a LIVEDGAR account, sign up to receive a free User ID and Password. Your ID and Password will be automatically sent via e-mail.

The free session begins once you log in to LIVEDGAR. You will only have access to the product area specific to the promotion code. Your session will not be charged to your User ID or appear on your bill. However, if you choose to use a premium service, like the Transaction Data Report (TDR) function or the Alert with Document service, you will be charged accordingly. LIVEDGAR will automatically advise you of any pending charges before they are incurred.
