A user may elect either the Fixed Fee plan or Pay-As-You-Go plan for an individual or an entire firm. Most LIVEDGAR content and features are available to all users at no additional charge. However, certain content in LIVEDGAR is subject to additional charges and is noted as such by the  symbol.
Fixed Fee Plan:
The Fixed Fee plan provides unlimited usage for an annually negotiated monthly rate. Terms and conditions may be customized depending on the needs of the user or the firm.
- Clients with fixed fee plans do not incur a LIVEDGAR login charge or basic session fee charges.
- Depending on the terms of the fixed fee agreement, Value-Added Content charges may apply.

Pay-As-You-Go Plan:
- Users under the Pay-As-You-Go plan are charged a per use login in fee plus a basic per minute LIVEDGAR session fee with no monthly minimum. For more information, please contact your GSI Sales Representative at 800.669.1154.
- Additional charges apply for using LIVEDGAR Value-Added Content.
