Leverage GSI's 10-Q Section Search to Prepare Your Next 10-Q Filing

April 11, 2006

As part of the Securities Exchange Commission's Securities Offering Reform initiative in late 2005, the disclosure requirements for Form 10-Q included a new "Part II Item 1A. Risk Factors" section. This requires the disclosure of any material changes from risk factors as disclosed in a filer's Form 10-K.

The Risk Factors sections are intended as a discussion of the most significant factors that might make the offering of securities speculative or risky for that particular filer. These changes mean you need to stay on top of even more regulations, reporting requirements and precedents when addressing the needs of your clients.

LIVEDGAR's 10-Q Section Search can help you put the finishing touches on your Form 10-Q filing. With its convenient check box list that identifies each unique part and item of Form 10-Q, the 10-Q Section Search database pinpoints information on any specific Form 10-Q topic. Additionally, the ability to define search criteria such as key words, ticker, exchange, location, SIC and date enables you to conduct granular research on any timely and important disclosure matter.

To save you time, GSI has added the following search statements to the Topical Research Library. These searches will help you quickly find precedent language and see how companies are disclosing new SEC reporting requirements.
