After entering a company name or ticker symbol on the initial search page, LIVEDGAR displays the Report Selection page that enables you to choose from three report types to create a completely customizable Legal Due Diligence Report (LDDR) in only a few minutes. In addition, you are able to select which of the four modules you want to include in your LDDR.


When the Custom option is selected, you are taken to the Detailed Selection page which further breaks down each of the modules you previously selected. The headings provide radio buttons to let you choose whether to provide a summary or detailed view of the topic. Drop-down lists enable you to select the time period to cover and grayed out selections indicate that information related to that option is not available for the selected company.

Once all the selections are made, LIVEDGAR gathers the requested information and consolidates it into a professionally formatted and easy-toread report. The report itself includes a cover page and table of contents, and breaks out each highlighted area into its own section. Convenient links in the PDF enable you to view the source documents of available SEC filings.
